Beige Ancient Roman Glass Beads
Charming 24" strand of 2000+ year old Roman glass beads. Awesome selection of white, grays, and light beige; all opaque with calcification on practically each bead. Each strand has a variety of bead shapes, sizes, and colors. They were excavated in Djenné (which is near Timbuktu) in Mali, West Africa. The average size is roughly 3-5mm in diameter, although each strand does have a few larger beads.
