Dark Ancient Roman Glass , Afghanistan
16" strand of ancient Roman period glass pieces cut and drilled into beads recently. Over 2000 year old glass from various excavations along the Silk Road in Afghanistan. Beautiful rough-cut disc shapes, very dark blues and greens (almost black). Wonderful as it is, or use in your own jewelry projects. Dark colors with a bit of lighter green and blue sprinkled in. Matte-finish, and irregular, with .8mm holes. A wonderful spacer!
