Vintage Moroccan Fibula from the 1940s
Vintage fibula; unusual silver piece. Moroccan-made in the 1940s, composed of antique silver chain, coins and dangles, and old coral. This cloak closure (aka a fibula is a brooch or pin for fastening garments) is 9.5" long, and can be used as a pendant (see photo). It may have been a scarf-weight as well.
