Mother of Pearl Buttons, Afghanistan
Early 1900's, beautifully handmade mother of pearl buttons with double-sided engraved "Eyes". These have 2 holes for sewing, with an additional hole at edge on 3 out of 4 buttons. These are large, 2.25 inches diameter. A traditional style from early 1900's Afghanistan. Price is for one button, and could be designed in a necklace!
