Seedpod & Raffia Belt, Kenya
Awesome Shakeree belt, vintage 1980's Kenya, handwoven with tie-on braided raffia. Smooth large dark brown seed pod husks cut in half, hollow. Total length with ties is 40 inches, but can be worn as short as 23 inches. Makes a wonderful rattle sound. Great for dancing!
