Antique Silver Ring, Ethiopia
Heavy, but very small (size 2) high-silver content ring (about 90%) made in Ethiopia about 100 years ago. Photo shows several views of the ring, a solid double ring. This style of ring is called a "Wedding Ring", and the double aspect is symbolic. Measures 21mm diameter x 8mm wide. Traditionally worn in hair or necklace, a wonderful simple pendant.
