3 Dark Blue & Green Hebron Beads
Three Hebron beads, Larger Blue measuring 21mm diameter x 13mm. Smaller green beads measure 12mm diameter x 9mm, with 3-6mm holes. Hebron beads are estimated to be between 600 and 800 years old, made in the Sudan region. Hebron beads were made from Dead Sea salts of which this blue-green variety is the most rare color. Round beads were ground down centuries ago in Sudan to have flat sides. I would describe the center bead as dark teal, leaning more towards blue, and the two smaller green beads are a beautiful rich opaque green.
