Antique Snake Vertebrae Beads from Nigeria
Antique strand of worn snake vertebrae from Nigeria; used by local shaman (regionally called Babaaláwo by most and Nganga by some) in "strong power" magic. 28" strand of naturally interlocking beads, worn smooth from wear, and approximately 5mm x 7mm and for the most part in excellent condition (with a few broken beads, see photos). Old snake bone from the early 1900's.
