Antique Mauritania "Amber" Beads, C
These diamond-shaped amber beads are over 100 years old and are found in Mauritania and Niger. They are an imitation (like Bakelite or Parkesine) amber made in Germany from plant resin. Hole is approximately 1.5-2mm and has a decorative hole through the center, adding to design possibilities. Beads vary in size (see photo - SOLD SEPARATELY, not in a group); approximately 25mmx 26mm x 8mm thick to 33mm x 32mm x 21mm thick. Picked randomly, unless otherwise noted when ordering.
