Ancient Quartz Beads, Mali
This 32 inch strand is bow-drilled, and around 2,000 years old, excavated in Djenne, Mali. Mixed shapes, but primarily graduated sized bicone quartz crystal and agate. Measuring 9mm - 29mm long, 57 beads on the strand. Holes are small, about .5mm. Soft ivory and slightly translucent clear, grey, and beige colors. Now rare!
