Seedpod and Raffia Necklace, Kenya
Sweet lightweight necklace, vintage 1980's Kenya, handwoven with tie-on back (no clasp). Smooth dark brown seed pod husks cut in half, hollow. Total length with ties is 27 inches, but can be worn as short as 13 inches. Makes a soft rattle sound. Great for dancing!
