Handmade by Ruth, these faceted sapphires have a lovely color-changing quality, and hang above a beautiful cast sterling teardrop charm. Sterling earwires. The color-changing sapphires are 8mm diameter and were hand faceted in India. The color is blue-green. Total length is 1 3/4 inches.
