Large Hand of Fatima pendant made of leather and shell. Antique item made in Mauritania in the early 1900s. 75mm long x 45mm tall x 14mm thick with a 6mm leather bail. Traditional rendition of the hand of Fatima. This pendant is in tact but has been worn.
