Ancient Roman Glass Beads, Afghanistan
17" strand of ancient Roman period glass pieces cut and drilled as beads recently. About 2000 years old from various excavations in Afghanistan along the Silk Road regions. A variety of unusual shapes, sizes and colors. Wonderful as it is, or use in your own jewelry projects. Sizes range from 11mm x 9mm to 22mm x 15mm, and a large chunky centerpiece 26mm long x 19mm wide. This ancient glass has calcification on it.
