Ancient Bactrian Agate Strand, B
Beautiful and rare very old agate beads from the ancient central Asian country of Bactria. Strung and traded from Afghanistan. These are quite old, best guess 1000-1200 years old, highly collectible with striation and subtle colors. 3 plastic beads. All the rest are ancient stone. Some are damaged, and appear to have been carved, like a seal, but indecipherable. Overall a glorious strand! 12mm-17mm diameter graduated sizes, center bead measures 25mm tall x 18mm diameter. 35 beads on the strand. Truly one of a kind!
