Venetian Watermelon Beads, Flattened Ovals
A fun 20" strand of bright candy cane colored glass beads! Red, Blue, Green and White stripes on a flattened oval shaped bead. Beads size averages 14-17mm long by 5-4mm thick (there may be a few un-squashed regular oval watermelon beads in each strand). 2mm hole. Made in the early 1900s, and traded in West Africa
