Large "German Silver" Ring with Ridge from Ethiopia
Antique Ethiopian "German Silver" ring with ridge (bicone shaped) with traditional stamped patterns. Super cool. Over 100 years old and silver in color. 40-42mm in diameter x 15mm thick. Rather than being rings for your fingers, these were worn braided in the hair on on a belt. On eof these rings would make a nice focal pendant in a necklace. "German Silver" is an old term for what is now commonly called Nickel Silver (a copper-nickel-zinc alloy). Sold separately, not as a group.
