Venetian Glass Trade Beads, Strand
This Venetian-made glass bead was traded in Ghana in the 1880’s. Brick red with yellow and white stripes, barrel shape, hints of dark blue in some stripes. Average size is 20mm long x 11mm diameter with a 2.5mm hole. 39 beads on this strand. Beads are in good condition!
