Handmade by Ruth, these faceted sapphires have a lovely color-changing quality, and hang below a beautiful fabricated sterling oval charm. Sterling earwires. The color-changing sapphires are 8mm diameter and were hand faceted in India. The color is blue-green. Total length is 1 1/2 inches. Light and classic spring color!
