Double Strand Necklace, Mother of Pearl
This is a 15 1/2 inch long double stranded necklace with tiny Venetian 14º seed beads from the mid-1800's, a blend of opaque and transparent off-white and milk glass blended seed beads with a few antique silver beads from Morocco and Ethiopia sprinkled in. Also sprinkled in are vintage mother of pearl beads. The center pendant is about 100 years old, well-worn coin silver button/pendant from India. A small oxidized sterling silver S-clasp closure.
