Ancient Roman Green Glass Beads
Ancient Roman glass beads excavated in Djenne, Mali, West Africa. About 2000 years old! A gorgeous 20" strand of beads, in very good condition, sizes ranging from approx. 2mm x 4mm diameter to 6mm x 7mm diameter. Fairly uniform shapes and color, a rich opaque grass green, some calcification on a few beads. This green is rare!
