18 Karat gold components and all natural sapphires, red-purple hues. Small 3mm finely faceted rondelles with a sapphire teardrop briolette pendant. 3mm 18 karat cornerless cubes and hook & eye clasp are recently handmade in India.18 karat pendant is antique, early 1900's with double loops, decorated with flower details. 17 inches long, simple, light, and delicate.
