Ancient Roman Glass Beads, Afghanistan
15" strand of ancient Roman period glass pieces cut and drilled as beads. Over 2000 years old from various excavations in Afghanistan. Chunky rectangular shapes, sizes averaging 10-12mm long with serpentine jade saucer spacers inbetween. Wonderful as it is, or use in your own jewelry projects. Nice centerpiece 28mm long x 16mm wide. This ancient glass has calcification on it.
