Ancient Roman Beads, mixed colors
Charming 30" strand of 2000+ year old Roman Era glass beads. Awesome collection of mixed beads: wide rage of shapes and colors with calcification on practically every bead. They were excavated around the ancient trading city of Djenné (which is near Timbuktu) in the country of Mali. The average bead size rages from tiny 1mm x 3mm to small 3mm x 5mm in diameter with very small holes. A few larger beads may also be included.
